Important Information
1. Before we begin the detailing process, I want to make you aware that we will need to use your water and electricity sources. Specifically, we will require access to an exterior water source, such as a hose bib or spigot, to rinse and clean the vehicle’s exterior. Additionally, we may need to utilize an interior power outlet to operate our handheld vacuum cleaners and other small electric tools used for interior detailing.
2. Personal Items Removal: Request that the customer remove all personal items from the vehicle, including loose items, floor mats, and any belongings in the trunk or cargo area. This will ensure that nothing gets misplaced or damaged during the detailing process
3. Existing Damage Disclosure: Ask the customer to disclose any existing scratches, dents, or other damage to the vehicle’s exterior and interior. This will help you understand the condition of the car beforehand and manage customer expectations regarding the final outcome.
4. Prepare the Work Area: Ensure you have a suitable workspace for the detailing process. Inform the customer that their car will need to be in a well-ventilated area, preferably a garage or covered area, to protect it from direct sunlight
